I'm feeling weak in the knees
the pressure to succeed
not fulfulling the needs of others
if these are supposed to be the wonder years
then I'm afraid of what's yet to come
the truth is, I'm holding back
because I made myself believe
that I can't even trust myself

what is it that drives us? that makes us the way we are
hope, passion or the fright to be replaceable?

if you are young and free then why do you feel stuck?
you need to ask yourself the question 'have you used up all your luck?'
if you can't rely on others, then at least rely on yourself
because you're done with empty promises and are ready to take a stand
if it feels like you're under a constant attack
if it's fear that is holding you back
